In 1995 we estab­lished busi­ness re­la­tions and were the first in CIS coun­tries to con­clude the dis­trib­u­tor agree­ment with one of the biggest rolling bear­ings man­u­fac­tur­er — Swedish com­pa­ny SKF en­abling the Ukraini­an en­ter­pris­es to have ac­cess to high qual­i­ty prod­ucts. Co­op­er­a­tion with the world fa­mous bear­ings man­u­fac­tur­er gave rise to more se­ri­ous pro­fes­sion­al spe­cial­iza­tion of the com­pa­ny fo­cus­ing our ef­forts on be­com­ing a high­ly skilled spe­cial­ist in the field of bear­ings and de­ter­mined the pri­or­i­ty di­rec­tions of the com­pa­ny fur­ther de­vel­op­ment.

In the next years, an­tic­i­pat­ing the grow­ing mar­ket needs, we estab­lished and main­tain close busi­ness re­la­tions with many world fa­mous man­u­fac­tur­ers of high qual­i­ty bear­ings and other high-tech prod­ucts.

Al­ready by 2000, in Kharkiv ci­ty, we have built a high level stock in which we con­stant­ly main­tain more than 10000 des­ig­na­tions of rolling and mo­tion bear­ings, bear­ing hous­ings and units, spare parts, free-wheel clutch­es, lin­ear mo­tion com­po­nents and other prod­ucts. Our stock is func­tion­ing as a dy­nam­ic stochas­tic queue­ing sys­tem striv­ing to per­form ev­ery re­ceived re­quest. Trade stock is be­ing formed on the ba­sis of many years de­mand statis­tics and is be­ing cor­rect­ed with a glance of needs of the com­pa­ny reg­u­lar cus­tomers as well as of the po­ten­tial ones. At the same time the de­vel­oped lo­gis­tics sys­tem pro­vides with the in time prod­ucts sup­ply from the man­u­fac­tur­ers and with the quick de­liv­ery to the cus­tomers in­side Ukraine and abroad.

In the first years of the XXI ­cen­tu­ry, re­spond­ing to the tech­ni­cal and engi­neer­ing needs of the cus­tomers, we cre­at­ed in­side the com­pa­ny the de­sign and de­vel­op­ment cen­ter of the spe­cial bear­ing assem­blies and in­no­va­tion lab­o­ra­to­ry of fric­tion prob­lems and re­source-sav­ing in the me­chan­i­cal sys­tems.

In 2005 we de­vel­oped and im­ple­ment­ed in our com­pa­ny the Qual­i­ty Man­age­ment Sys­tem and the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion au­thor­i­ty TÜV CERT ac­knowl­edged its con­for­mi­ty with the in­ter­na­tion­al stan­dard ISO 9001 in the fol­low­ing fields: dis­tri­bu­tion, stor­ing and selling of bear­ings, com­po­nents and equip­ment; engi­neer­ing ser­vices of bear­ing se­lec­tion, di­ag­nos­tics and ser­vice; de­sign­ing of ma­chine units and tech­ni­cal au­dit of in­dus­tri­al equip­ment.

Ac­cord­ing to the of­fi­cial data of the Ukraini­an state statis­tics of­fice, our com­pa­ny has won the ti­tle Ex­porter of the Year 2009 in the cat­e­go­ry “Ball and Roller Bear­ings” in the cri­te­ri­on “Geo­graph­ic” and “Di­ver­si­fi­ca­tion”.

Nowa­days our com­pa­ny is a stable team of spe­cial­ists work­ing with love to­wards their busi­ness, cre­ative­ly and rea­son­ably solv­ing their cus­tomers prob­lems. Skilled crafts­man re­pair­ing his elec­tric drill and agri­cul­ture work­er hav­ing his com­bine stopped in the field; ma­chine builder, fol­low­ing the pack­ag­ing ar­range­ment sched­ule as well as in­dus­tri­al giant up­dat­ing the unique bear­ing assem­bly are of the same im­por­tance for us.
